Dahua Technology Malaysia recently celebrated the opening of their new product repair and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) centre at Sunway Nexis, Petaling Jaya. The opening of this new service centre intends to improve customer satisfaction through providing better product maintenance and support, thus demonstrating Dahua’s ongoing commitment to grow within the region
In the past, all Dahua’s products were serviced and maintained by authorised third-party vendors. However, the company feels that it is now the time for them to set up a centralised service centre to cater to the growth of customer needs and demand.
“Our expansion in Malaysia means that we have to step up in providing better customer service,” said Barry Lee, Managing Director of Overseas Business Centre for APAC and Malaysia, Dahua Technology. “We have been in Malaysia market for 4 years, where our products and solutions are widely used in various sectors. Having this service centre to support our sales and operation team which is located in Damansara Uptown will enable us to serve our partners and customers in shorter delivery time.”
Due to the restricted movement order, Dahua Technology Malaysia held a small and almost quiet affair celebration to minimise physical contact. It was attended by a few close partners, members of the media and staff. This was an undertaking where the company do not wish to delay any longer in the opening.

“Once a customer chooses a Dahua product, they can be assured with quality of the product and after-sales service at every stage including maintenance, spare parts and product replacement. Now, we can guarantee the transparency in all our repair processes and ensure products are delivered in a timely manner by our well-trained local staff, where this cannot be achieved when our products were serviced by third-parties previously, who may also be servicing other brands,”

Aside from launching this Product Repair and RMA centre, Dahua Malaysia also took in to the opportunity to announce a new strategic partnership with Cynics Solution Sdn Bhd. The signing ceremony was held at their showroom in Damansara Uptown on the same day, with the presence of Mr. Kris Yao from Dahua Technology Malaysia and Ms. Carmen Sim from Cynics Solution Sdn Bhd.
“This marks a new chapter in our business, and together we will face any challenges,” said Barry. “We want to continue to provide the best products and solutions to our clients in Malaysia, with the cooperation of the qualified partners and good after-sales support.
